Ohnutka is one of the very rare shells. Already at first glance is cast very smooth and glossy blue-gray in color with a slight white striations. Shell is due to the size of the scallops and the convex shape of the body is relatively heavy and strong. Ohnutka a flat disc thread with no sign of the summit. Long thread has a wide body and smooth mouth. The inner side of the estuary is equipped with five white teeth are the same width, which continues into the interior of the shell. The whole shell is bordered beige-yellow, protruding, wide and very eye-catching trim. The surface inside the shells is also glossy, but in white. Ohnutka lives hidden under rocks or in sea grass on sandy ground, where they hunt small crustaceans.
