If not satisfied with the item purchased we accept the return of same, unused item(s) within 14 days of placing your order.

Once received, your item will be immediately inspected and upon acceptance, a refund (shipping fees not included) or exchange, whichever you’ve selected, will be promptly issued. Please note that any items showing signs of damage, wear or alteration (including re-sizing) cannot, regrettably, be accepted for return and will be returned to you.

• Please contact us before when request refund. Do not send goods without letting us know.
• Please send the following email: "I wish to cancel my agreement and require full refund to be paid to: bank details including my PayPal account to account ID (your PayPal email) or bank address, account number and BIC (SWIFT) or IBAN"
• All unwanted goods must be returned unused and in original packaging to folloowinf address: Marek Cervenka, Naturshop.cz, Koterovská 351/20, 32600 Plzen, Czech republic (do not forget to include the invoice).
• We highly recommend that you ask for proof of purchase and insure the goods as we cannot be responsible nor liable for goods lost or damaged in transfer.
• If the above conditions are met we will refund full value of purchase by bank transfer within 10 working days after receipt of the returned goods
