Workers (IK) dispatch and billing departments in Pilsen

We require:
- Secondary school diploma or secondary schools, beneficial for students, trainees without experience
- PC skills, typing with all ten fingers advantage
- Knowledge of English and preferably German or another language (not immediate condition)
- A general overview in the context of the Internet, knowledge of auction sites, etc.
- Ability to work in a team, independence, communication skills, flexibility
- Loyalty to the company and trademark naturshop.cz ®
- Logical thinking and imagination, the advantage of the orientation of the fashion trends
- Preferably knowledge of photo editing and graphics (or you can train)
- Especially demand quality, thoroughness and accuracy in shipping and inspection of consignments

Responsibilities:
- Interesting work with jewelery and precious stones from around the world
- Orders, invoices, preparation, administration of our e-shop
- Packing and shipping of goods, postal preparation sheets, invoicing
- Performance, descriptions, measurements and priced goods, texts, news etc.
- Communication with domestic and foreign customers
- Cooperation and coordination with colleagues in our team
- Other administrative activities such as training materials for the preparation of reports
- Representation colleagues in their absence
- Participation in the shooting of jewelry and precious stones

Place of work:
- Branch Plzeň - Slavs

Possibility of arrival:
- May be immediately or by arrangement
